Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your SOULVRYN purchase.

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

To request a return, contact us at sales@legendaryoutfitter.com with your order number and reason for the return. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Because some SOULVRYN products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind on made-to-order products. Please review product descriptions and size guides carefully before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
