SHIPPING POLICY

SOULVRYN products may be fulfilled from different locations depending on product availability and fulfillment method. Some products are made to order and may require additional processing time before shipment.

Processing Times

Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, product launches, periods of high order volume, or due to circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on the destination, shipping method selected, and fulfillment location. Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

When tracking information is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details.

Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. You will not be charged additional shipping fees because an order is shipped in multiple packages.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you discover an error in your shipping information. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, we may be unable to change the delivery address.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

SOULVRYN is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If your order appears lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at sales@legendaryoutfitter.com with your order number and relevant details. We will work with you and the fulfillment provider or shipping carrier to determine the appropriate resolution.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, fees, or other charges imposed by their country, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
